It goes without saying that staying here costs a pretty penny. Other magnificent upper class hotels in this district would be the Chicago Monaco and the Amalfi hotels among others. If you are looking to put yourself not only in the shopping area but also in the area that is busy at night, the House of Blues hotel and the Hard Rock hotel are excellent choices.
If you are visiting a pricier location try searching for available accommodations online through companies such as Hotwire, Hotels.com and Nextag. Taking the time to do this can get you a great discount on a much nicer hotel than you could normally afford. Downtown Chicago hotels are generally booked most of the time. So, doing your research will pay off immensely here. Cheap Chicago hotels, especially in the downtown area are not too easy to come by, but it can be done if you are diligent in your search and flexible in your travel dates.
